Ljubljana, 27 February - A seemingly endless series of attacks and counterattacks can only be terminated by a political agreement between Palestine and Israel. It is not something to be achieved by a peace paper, but rather by a time-consuming and painstaking process of establishing contacts and furthering bilateral talks, Delo's Cairo correspondent Ervin Hladnik Milharčič states, commentating the recent bomb attacks in Israel.
