Centre of Excellence in Finance Upgraded to Intl. Organisation

Bled, 3 September - The Center of Excellence in Finance, established in 2001 by the Slovenian government as part of the SE Europe Stability Pact, was upgraded from regional institution to an international organisation under an agreement signed Tuesday that brings Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia and Montenegro into the fold as founding members.
