Chief Prosecutor Believes War Crimes Could Have Been Committed in Syria
Bled, 4 September - The chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) Fatou Bensouda believes war crimes and crimes against humanity could have been committed in Syria. But since the UN Security Council did not refer the case to the court, the ICC does not have jurisdiction here, she told the STA.
