Ljubljana, 5 September - The responsibility ping-pong in Vukovar's riots against the erection of bilingual signs in this war-marked city is pointless, as the state and local politicians do little for the reconciliation of the Croatian majority and the Serbian minority population, the daily Delo comments on Thursday.
