EU Survey: 70% of Slovenians Favour Direct Vote for Commission President

Brussels, 17 September - Some 70% of Slovenians and just as many Europeans would like to elect the European Commission president in a direct vote, a survey conducted by Eurobarometer has shown seven months before the European Parliament election.
