Ljubljana, 19 September - The government officials who on one hand claim that they are working to restart the economy while increasing the prices of motorway toll stickers on the other must have their heads checked, the daily Dnevnik writes in Thursday's commentary. The price hike is merely a cheap ploy in order to ensure that nothing truly changes, the paper says.
