Parliament to Debate Salvaging of Banks

Ljubljana, 20 September - The National Assembly will hold an extraordinary session on Friday on the situation of the banking system after the supervised liquidation of two smaller banks. The session was demanded by the opposition Democrats (SDS), who are bothered by what they see as the use of taxpayers' money for private banks involved in the financing of tycoons.
