Ljubljana, 19 September - Lithuania beat Italy 81:77 in Ljubljana on Thursday in the quarter-finals of EuroBasket, securing a berth in the semi-finals in the fourth quarter with a 12:0 run to put the Italians away. In the semi-finals on Friday, Lithuania will play Croatia and Spain will take on France.
