Over a Billion Text Messages Sent in First Half-Year

Ljubljana, 20 September - Slovenian mobile users sent just over a billion text messages in the first six months of the year, a 23% jump over the year before, show figures released by the Statistics Office. The volume of outgoing mobile calls meanwhile rose almost 4% to just under two billion minutes.
