Dnevnik: Merkel Wins Despite Failing at Reform

Ljubljana, 23 September - Angela Merkel won the German election despite having failed to carry out any major reforms in her previous term, Dnevnik comments on Monday, saying that the chancellor merely "pragmatically governed on the neatly made bed" that was the result of the Social Democratic Agenda 2010 reforms.
