Pahor Talks about Syria, UN Reform in General Assembly Address

New York, 26 September - President Borut Pahor addressed the UN General Assembly in New York on Thursday, stressing that the US-Russian agreement on Syria must be implemented immediately to protect the people of Syria. He said that the UN must "acknowledge some disappointing and frustrating setbacks and failures".
