EU Waiting for Slovenia's Fulfillment of Conditions from Spanish Initiative

Brussels, 4 March - The European Union is waiting for Slovenia to fulfill the conditions proposed by the Spanish presidency over the EU in compromise proposal in the second half of 1995, a representative of Italian EU presidency in Brussels told the Slovene news Agency on Monday. The Italian diplomat emphasized that the settlement of bilateral issues between Slovenia and Italy was not part of the Spanish initiative.
