MPs Debate Oversight of Receivers

Ljubljana, 1 October - The National Assembly is debating in an emergency session the issues of oversight in receivership and insolvency proceedings, focusing on the issue of lengthy proceedings and accountability of receivers. The opposition Democrats (SDS), who demanded the session, said that these procedures amount to total liquidation and fire sales of companies.
