Ljubljana, 11 October - The government raised dust with a revised draft real-estate bill under which increased tax rates would apply to second homes and with which nobody seems to be happy. The parliamentary debate on the 2014-2015 budgets got underway, accompanied by significant downgrades in GDP forecasts showing that Slovenia will remain in recession also in 2014.
