Ljubljana, 7 March - The "foiba" (the Karst caves in which allegedly the killings were performed during WW II) issue should be placed in the historical framework. If the criminal investigation by Rome is based on Italians' ignorance of the genocide against Slovenes and Croats, peaked by the invasion of Slovenia between 1941 and 1943, we have to make sure this information finds its way to Italy, writes the Delo Thursday.
