Court Agrees Some Govt Session Transcripts Can Be Public

Ljubljana, 17 October - The Administrative Court has upheld the view of the information commissioner that in some cases transcripts of government sessions can also be freely accessible to the public. The court okayed access to a contentious session in 2006 related to the state's stake in shipping company Splošna plovba which was later sold.
