Minority Member Wins against Municipality at Austrian Court

Klagenfurt/Vienna, 17 October - The Vienna Administrative Court ruled in late September in favour of member of the Slovenian minority in Carinthia in a case against the St. Kanzian/Škocjan municipality over its refusal to issue official decisions on duties in Slovenian, which was supposed to be an official language there.
