Former Austrian Vice-Chancellor Erhard Busek on Austria's Relations With Neighbour Countries

Austria will never take advantage of opened questions in bilateral relations between Austria and Slovenia to hinder Slovenia's potential entrance in the European Union (EU), Erhard Busek, the former Austrian vice-chancellor and director of the Vienna Institute for the Danube Region and Central Europe, said Thursday in Ljubljana, delivering a discourse on Austria's relations with its neighbour countries. Mr Busek's observation concerns the question of the Old German minority in Slovenia.
