Competition Watchdog Rules against Salus
Ljubljana, 18 October - Pharmaceuticals wholesaler Salus received on Thursday the decision of the Competition Protection Agency that Salus had been tampering competition since 2007 in violation of the Slovenian legislation and EU competition rules. The company rejects all allegations.
