Second Track "Opportunity We Can Miss", Finance Says

Ljubljana, 21 October - The business daily Finance says that, despite the fact that the second track between the port city of Koper and the logistics hub of Divača would improve the position of port operator Luka Koper, there are still too many unknowns to be able to back it.
