Ombudsman Bizjak: Numerous Problems in Prisons Due to Incomplete Legislation

Slovene Ombudsman Ivan Bizjak paid a two-day visit to prisons in Dob to discuss the prisoner's problems. One of the key reasons for the problems is incomplete, unclear and out-of-date legislation as well as other regulations in the field, Bizjak told a press conference after his visit.
