MPs Lift Nationality Requirement for Notaries
Ljubljana, 24 October - Slovenian citizenship will no longer be required to serve as a notary in Slovenia, as the National Assembly passed on Thursday the government-proposed changes to the notaries legislation. The change opens the door to citizens of EU, European Economic Area (EAA) and OECD members.
