Večer: Government's Diplomatic Offensive

With the proposal which is to be passed on to the parliament, the government obviously decided for a great spring offensive. Regardless of Italy's exercising of veto over the EU accession agreement with Slovenia, the latter will, in case the parliament adopts the proposal, enter an official application for full membership in Brussels, the daily Večer writes Saturday.
