Petrol Expects the Second Consent to be Issued This Month

Ljubljana, 14 March - PETROL/PRIVATIZATION
A Slovene oil company Petrol concluded its public sale in November last year, but its new shareholders have as yet not received notifications on the results of the public sale due to incomplete data checking. At a news conference Thursday dealing mainly with privatization, director of Petrol Franc Premk told he was expecting the second Agency for Privatization consent to be issued this month. This also means that results of checking privatization process and balance of certificate accounts are to be released shortly as well.
