New Ownership Structure of Rotomatika

Idrija, 15 March - ROTOMATIKA/PRIVATIZATION
Last October Holding Adria, a 92.45 percent owner of Rotomatika, concluded its privatization program becoming a joint-stock company including 1,378 shareholders, with employees having managed to maintain a 60 per cent ownership share. Business strategies and the new ownership and organization structures of Rotomatika, a 750-employing company from the town of Idrija, western Slovenia, already ranging among the leading producers of electromotors and components in Europe and the world, were presented by the company's management at the news conference in Idrija Friday.
