With 19 March, when the two-months term starts for collecting 40,000 signatures required to call a legally binding referendum on closing the Krško nuclear power plant, only a few days away, daily Večer' Bojan Budja estimates in his commentary Friday that the closure depends not only on the referendum and eventual law, but also and primarily on huge costs presenting the only real counter argument to parliament member Šešerko' initiative.
