Ljubljana, 15 March - Slovenia officially expressed its wish to join the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in a letter Slovene Prime Minister Janez Drnovšek presented Thursday in Paris to OECD Secretary General Jean-Claude Paye. Slovenia's membership in this exclusive club would be justified taking into consideration its economic and transition achievements as well as a high level of cooperation with OECD members, writes Delo's correspondent from Paris Friday.
