Retroactive Tax on Executive Pay Annulled
Ljubljana, 17 December - The Constitutional Court has annulled a 2009 law that imposed an extra 49% crisis tax on executive pay at companies benefiting from state aid, in the part imposing the tax retroactively. The law slapped the tax on a EUR 1m bonus paid to NLB chairman Marjan Kramar upon retirement from office in February 2009.
