Constitutional Court Revokes Key Provisions of Asylum Law

Ljubljana, 24 December - Several key provisions of asylum legislation that have allowed Slovenian authorities to automatically return asylum seekers to safe countries have been revoked by the Constitutional Court at the request of the Human Rights Ombudsman.
