Ljubljana, 10 January - Fresh data showed Slovenia had over 124,000 jobless in December and FM Karl Erjavec promised the country would overhaul its 1999 foreign policy strategy this year. Three weeks before the deadline to finalise the takeover of grocer Mercator, the news was broken that Agrokor lowered its bid in an attempt to get out of the deal, which was then denied.
