Ljubljana, 21 March - On a foreign policy page of Thursday's issue of daily Delo, commentator Mojca Drčar-Murko writes about an unusual intervention of Italian President of Republic. Oscar Luigi Scalfaro namely emphasized the principle of independent justice system, yet at the same time he reminded the judges of a necessity to respect the principles of professional ethics.
