Zagreb Court Rules Against LB, NLB in Landmark Case
Zagreb, 21 January - The Zagreb Municipal Court ruled against two Slovenian banks Tuesday in two cases related to Yugoslav-era savings deposits, the first such ruling since Slovenia and Croatia signed a memorandum in March 2013 stipulating that all court cases be stayed until the issue is resolved as part of Yugoslavia succession talks.
