Second Anniversary of The Liberal Democracy of Slovenia - the Party of Moderation, Reason and Tolerance

Ljubljana, 21 March - The Liberal Democracy of Slovenia (LDS) gave a short ceremony Thursday evening in the new National Gallery extension to celebrate the second anniversary of its founding congress. In his opening address party leader and premier Janez Drnovšek stressed that the party's motto of Slovenia a "story of success" came true, a fact also recognized by international political public, while at home the party, defying attacks from both the left and the right, would strive to maintain the central position and a reputation of moderation, reason and tolerance.
