Ljubljana, 23 March - A new strategic role of the United States is becoming more clearly outlined. They are an indubitable power and no one can beat them. However, that is not a Vietnam war power anymore, it does not want to be "a world-wide policeman", but rather a supreme authority which turns security and economic tasks over to regional subsystems and in this retains the right to interventions according to its own judgments, commentator Mojca Drčar-Murko writes in Saturday Delo's Topic of the Day.
