Official Receiver of Videm Not to Sign Contract with ICEC due to Legal Uncertainty

Trusty in Bankruptcy will not sign a contract with the Check buyer of the paper mill Videm due to legal uncertainty having arisen after the companies Vitacel and Videm papir filed a lawsuit against the auction procedure. Until the legal uncertainty is resolved, the contract will not be signed, Videm's trusty in bankruptcy Branko Ogorevec told STA.
