Shares in Free Fall

Prices of shares at the Ljubljana Stock Exchange took a steep downward trajectory last week, with sharpest declines occuring on Thursday, when the SBI share index lost as many as 83.80 points (5.91 per cent), going down in the entire week from 1487.30 points to 1306.14 points, with as many as eight shares losing more than 10 per cent. A similar course was followed by the BIO bond index, which lost 1.83 points closing at 106.89 points. On the external segment of short-term securities both issues of allotment warrants were up.
