Committee Approves Some Govt-Proposed Property Tax Changes

Ljubljana, 13 March - The relevant parliamentary committee approved on Thursday the government-proposed changes to the mass property valuation act introducing automatic downgrade of value in case of damage caused by natural disasters. The committee did however not vote on a provision introducing the same tax rate for occupied and vacant residential buildings.
