Tougher Action Urged Against Illegal Use of Tax Havens

Ljubljana, 14 March - A debate at the National Council, the parliament's upper chamber, heard calls for a new paradigm in Slovenia in efforts to retrieve money that was wired to tax havens, but also the view, expressed by Interior Minister Gregor Virant, that there are enough mechanisms in place to fight corporate crime and that action is needed now.
