Ljubljana, 17 March - Political analysts Samo Uhan and Matevž Tomšič are split on the achievements of the government in the first year of its term. Uhan says that avoiding the arrival of the troika is a notable achievement, but Tomšič feels that the government has done little more than raise taxes.
