Ljubljana, 22 March - Three weeks after her appointment, Health Minister Alenka Trop Skaza, who until recently managed her husband's construction company - is boasting effectiveness, the daily Delo says in its Saturday commentary. She has signed four construction deals worth approximately EUR 10m.
