Ljubljana, 26 March - The abolishment of top-up health insurance has been an unfulfilled wish of many health ministers in Slovenia in the past decade. The reasons for the inability to achieve this have never been clear, but outgoing Minister Alenka Trop Skaza has now put the blame on lobbies.
