MPs Postpone Vote on Changes to Real Estate Mass Valuation Law

Ljubljana, 28 March - MPs decided to postpone voting on government-proposed changes to the law on mass valuation of real estate after the Constitutional Court quashed the real estate tax on Friday. The court found that the 2006 law was unconstitutional in the part used for the model for valuing property for tax purposes.
