Pikalo Survives Interpellation

Ljubljana, 31 March - Education Minister Jernej Pikalo survived an ouster motion in which the opposition accused him of rigging a public tender in 2009. Pikalo and the coalition rejected the motion, which was turned down in a 30:43 vote, as baseless, as it applies to a time well before he took over the ministry.
