Higher Court Acquits Receiver Gorše in HKS Sicura Case

Ljubljana, 17 April - The Ljubljana Higher Court has acquitted former court-appointed receiver Brane Gorše of abuse of office in the receivership of savings and loans bank NHK Sicura, just days after he received a ten-year prison sentence in a separate case. Gorše had been given four years behind bars by the lower court a year ago.
