SDS Proposing Change That Would Allow Parliament to Disband

Ljubljana, 5 May - The opposition Democratic Party (SDS) filed on Monday a proposal for a constitutional tweak that would allow parliament to dissolve itself and thereby avoid the protracted proceedings presently required for an early general election.
