Brdo pri Kranju, 15 May - A two-day seminar on the ratification and implementation of the changes to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC) adopted in Kampala began in Brdo pri Kranju on Thursday, featuring addresses by Foreign minister Karl Erjavec and ICC President Sang-Hyun Song.
