Govt Eliminates Discriminatory Finance Act Provisions

Ljubljana, 22 May - The government has eliminated the unconstitutionality of a 2012 public finance act in the part relating to women public servants who were forced to retire earlier and under different old-age pension requirements than men. It equalled the conditions for both genders and sent the relevant changes to the act to parliament.
