Soldiers Turn to Court Over Forced Early Retirement
Ljubljana, 27 May - After already prompting an ongoing constitutional review, contentious pension reform provisions that forcibly retire soldiers before they reach full retirement age led on Tuesday to several members of the Slovenian Armed Forces filing lawsuits over illegal termination of employment contracts.
