Minister Announces Legal Action Against New Helios Management
Ljubljana, 24 June - Economy Minister Metod Dragonja announced Tuesday that the ministry would file criminal complaints against members of the supervisory board and the new management at coatings maker Helios. The company was sold to Austria's Ring International as part of the government's privatisation plan earlier this year.
