Ljubljana, 30 June - Slovenia hit rock bottom 23 years after declaring independence, the right-leaning weekly Reporter writes on Monday. The leader of the opposition Janez Janša has been "rotting away" at the Dob prison for over a week now, while his political rivals have made him a target of their mud slinging competition.
